Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Fort Myers is hiring compassionate CNAs, HHAs or experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors across Lee County and Charlotte County, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, overtime pay, reliable payroll and insurance, plus a family-owned team that provides hands-on support.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience (home care) required.
• Level 2 Background Check required.
• CPR certification required.
• Alzheimer’s, HIV/AIDS and medication assistance certificates required.
• DOEA training certificate and TB test required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication reminders.
• Document care activities and communicate with family.

Requirements:

• CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience (home care or assisted living)
• Level 2 Background Check (or ability to pass one)
• CPR Certification

• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
• MUST speak and understand English

Note: Pay range is between $17.00-20.00/ hour. Pay depends on location and complexity of the case or cases assigned. We cannot guarantee hours.
