Right at Home is seeking reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to support seniors and adults in their homes, providing one-on-one care in a supportive home setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, and medication reminders while communicating with clients and the care team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of CNA or related direct-care experience is preferred.
• Current CNA certification in good standing, where required for the assignment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray and successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support safe transfers, walking, positioning, and use of mobility equipment.
• Provide meal preparation, hydration support, companionship, and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders within the role’s permitted scope.
• Observe and promptly report changes in a client’s condition.
• Document completed services accurately and communicate professionally with the care team.
• Follow safety, infection-control, privacy, and agency procedures.
• Provide transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed.
