We are seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA/Caregiver to join our team, in Newton, Massachusetts.

The Caregiver will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping
  
  

Work Hours: This position is intended to work daily in 3 shifts
(8am-10am, 12pm-2pm, 6pm-8pm)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• First aid and CPR certified preferred
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Preferred

• Caregivers who have an SUV for reliable transportation, but we are open to any vehicle as long as it is well-maintained and suitable for safely transporting yourself and if needed, the client.
