About the Job

• Bonuses: Clean inspections level 3 = $100, level 2 = $200, level 1 = $250
• MPG Bonus: 7.9 = .01cpm / 8.4 = .02cpm (11,000 miles min)
• Referral bonus: $500 after the referred driver has worked for the company for 3 months
• Safety bonus / Driver of the year

(All drivers who meet the main criteria by the end of 2025 will receive a $500 bonus. Additionally, the top five drivers will be selected to receive what is referred to as a "13th salary," calculated as the total earnings for the year divided by 12 months)
