Maya Home Care is seeking dedicated HHA certified caregivers to join our boutique agency delivering compassionate in-home care across New Jersey.

As an HHA, you will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health status, and document care with professionalism. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, training, and ongoing support to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey is required.
• Experience in home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to quality care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Monitor and report changes to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
