Job summary

Maya Home Care, a boutique PCA/Companion agency serving New Jersey, is looking to expand its team with dedicated HHA certified caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in clients' lives.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping, monitor health changes, and follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect, ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• HHA certification in NJ is required.
• Experience in home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes in health status to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
