Job Description
  1. Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects as Team Leader.
  2. Ensure adequate task distribution for assigned projects and oversee workflow processes.
  3. Maintain effective cooperation with clients in the area of ICSR Management.
  4. Contribute to achieving company goals and objectives.
  5. Work under the supervision of the ICSR Operational Lead.
  6. Support other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company.
  7. Manage assigned ICSR staff.
  8. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including optimizing procedures, training, and other actions to increase team efficiency.
  9. Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead.
  10. Manage ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.
  11. Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.
  12. Participate in ICSR processing and second QC of cases.
  13. Support other departments as instructed by the ICSR Operational Lead.
Qualifications
  • Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance.
  • Strong previous PV experience, ideally in a CRO environment.
  • Previous experience in a Line Management position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Delegation skills.
  • Effective planning and time management.
  • Technical skills.
  • Teamwork abilities.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
