Immediate hiring for full-time, part-time. Must be a driver and must have a valid driver license.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for implementing customized care plans that address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. You will provide exceptional care by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management, treating clients like family, and enhancing their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Help execute personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship and social/emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal prep
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Document task completion and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness are essential
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• Reliable transportation to and from work
