Visiting Angels is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team serving clients in the San Fernando Valley and Orange County. We offer flexible part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts with bonus pay and competitive hourly wages.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of paid caregiving experience, a compassionate nature, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while following care plans to support seniors at home.

Responsibilities

Attention all amazing caregivers! We're on the lookout for dedicated caregivers who can sprinkle their magic and make a real difference in people's lives. We need both male and female caregivers who are ready to embrace flexibility and work between 4-12-hour shifts as needed. If you're available on weekends, that's even better because we've got some bonus pay waiting for you. Join our Team and be an Angel!

We prefer drivers with a valid driver's license and their own vehicle, so you can easily reach our clients.

Responsibilities

• Be an angel who assists with activities of daily like personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients by helping with mobility and transfers.
• Be the friendly companion who engages in activities and provides emotional support.
• Keep an accurate record of the services provided and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow care plans and instructions.

Requirements

• You've got at least a year of previous experience as a paid caregiver. We want someone who knows their stuff!
• You're the embodiment of compassion and patience, with a genuine desire to lend a helping hand.
• Your communication skills are off the charts, and you know how to build meaningful connections with clients.
• You're a pro at adapting to changing situations and can work independently.
