What You Will Do:

You will implement customized care plans to support clients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Providing exceptional care through scheduled activities and overall care management, you will treat clients like family and strive to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional home care to clients
• Assist with personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities (hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, meal prep)
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Document tasks and report changes in client condition or behavior

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus
• Must demonstrate empathy, compassion, and kindness
• Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide references
• Reliable transportation to work
