Aerones is searching for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence in the robotics and wind energy sectors. Your contribution will be vital in helping Aerones achieve its growth targets and establish itself as a market leader.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, with a focus on expanding Aerones' client base and service offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that can inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on business goals and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing Aerones' capabilities and value propositions.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the technology or renewable energy sectors.
  • Proven success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to articulate how Aerones’ solutions can meet those needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
