We, at tbi, have been one of the most profitable banks for years and are growing rapidly. We operate as a start-up with a long history of success, always seeking new opportunities to expand our business. Our success is driven by our people: brave, passionate, and caring individuals who aim to transform into a mobile-first, lifestyle ecosystem. Our colleagues enjoy working here—80% would recommend tbi as an employer to friends and family. They engage in challenging, meaningful work, grow their potential and careers, and are encouraged to learn and empowered to make decisions.

Would you like to play a key role in our success story?

If so, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on this journey!

What You’ll do:
  • Collaborate with the product owner to analyze business goals and translate them into clear, structured requirements.
  • Review and refine user stories, ensuring they include all necessary details such as acceptance criteria, process models, use cases, mockups, and system analysis outcomes.
  • Organize and facilitate interviews, workshops, brainstorming, and refinement sessions to align business and development teams.
  • Support developers and QA during implementation by clarifying requirements and validating functionality against business needs.
  • Manage requirement changes, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Conduct post-implementation validation, participate in testing (UAT), update documentation, and ensure smooth adoption of new features.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.
  • Experience with financial/banking business processes.
  • Experience in business process reengineering, solution design, and writing functional/API specifications.
  • Good understanding of enterprise software systems: databases, server-side processing, web/mobile front-end, and API integrations.
  • Experience in systems analysis and integration.
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation and business process modeling (BPMN, UML).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with visualization tools (Figma, Miro, Visio, Draw.io).
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written & spoken).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
What we offer:
  • Opportunities for career growth.
  • Engagement in exciting and meaningful work.
  • Recognition for your work and attitude.
  • Part of a large, friendly, and supportive team.
  • Additional private health insurance.
