The challenge

The Assisting Technical Support Manager reports to the Technical Support Manager and helps ensure the quality of support services for our customers. While leading the team, you will remain hands-on and contribute to problem-solving.

What you will be doing

You will assist in providing effective, live, and fast support 24/7, overseeing daily technical support operations, and ensuring the team has the tools and support needed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of technical support specialists, guiding daily tasks, encouraging best practices, monitoring workflows, providing live feedback, and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Serving as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Supporting the support manager with process improvements and administrative tasks.
  • Participating in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Performing regular quality reviews of customer communications.
  • Analyzing support metrics, reporting on performance, and evaluating team effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive technical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Management or team lead experience, especially in multicultural, regional teams.
  • Experience in technical/customer support roles with technical proficiency.
