Job summary

Taco John's in Omaha, NE is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fast-paced team. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with the General Manager to drive sales, manage labor, control costs, and ensure an outstanding guest experience every shift.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on coaching and developing others. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll train crew members, run effective shifts, and step in as GM when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager (fast food preferred).
• A leader who sets the tone, not just follows it.
• Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.

• Lead shifts with confidence-coach, develop, and hold your team accountable
• Build a strong, reliable crew through training and motivation
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and top-tier customer experience
• Step into leadership-run the restaurant in the GM's absence

What We're Looking For
