• Sort printed order pick tickets and assign orders to baskets.
• Read and respond to emails and customer service cases.
• Use Microsoft D365 F&O for order management tasks.
• Process rollbacks, backorders, shipping upgrades, and order mods.
• Inventory transfers, DOA replacements, and palletizing.
• Restock inventory, apply labels, tag assets, and wrap products.
• Support multiple warehouse departments and other duties as needed.

• Kitting Equipment
• Palletizing Products
• Hand Shrink Wrapping
• Restocking Inventory
• Strapping Pallets
• Applying Product Labels
• Asset Tagging Equipment
• Unboxing & Re-Boxing Products
• Supporting Multiple Warehouse Departments
• Additional Warehouse Duties as Needed
