Position Overview

TW Services Inc, a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco, is seeking staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. This is a full-time, permanent position, not a temp agency role, with a fast onboarding process.

Job Details

• Position: Dock Unloader/Lumper
• Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30AM - Finish (around 1:30PM). Further shift details can be discussed at the interview.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly pay cycle, with pay every Friday.
• Base pay plus production bonuses, ranging from $600 to $1000 weekly.
• Time Off Accrual (PTO).
• PPO Health Insurance including Vision and Dental.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift checks of equipment.
• Unload pallets and load, move, stock, and stage products and materials.
• Break down and restack products from pallets.
• Verify products and quantities.
• Wrap pallets and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year prior warehouse experience.
• Electric Pallet Jack experience (preferred).
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Steel toe shoes required upon hire.
