Hiring ASAP - Warehouse Stocker (TW Services)

Job Overview

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Kroger Distribution Center. We are currently seeking local order selectors/pickers to join our team at the Food Distribution Center in Buckeye, Phoenix. This is a full-time, permanent position, not a temporary agency role.

Schedule and Compensation

• Hours: 2:00 PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours), Monday to Saturday with scheduled day off
• Weekly pay cycle - Every Friday
• Benefits: PPO Health Insurance with dental and vision, Paid Sick Leave (Time Off Accrual)

Responsibilities

1. Locate products using warehouse technology (Vo collect voice picking system)
2. Pull warehouse items from shelves
3. Retrieve orders based on quantity and size
4. Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks
5. Wrap pallets before loading
6. Pick a minimum of 160 cases per hour

Requirements

• Experience with voice picking and electric pallet jacks
• Bulk selection warehouse experience
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (30 lbs up to 100 lbs) repeatedly
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Incentives for production
