Hiring ASAP - Warehouse Manager / Business Leader (TW Services)

TW Services, Inc. is a dynamic non-asset organization focused on providing specialized warehouse labor as a third-party supplier. Operating in 29 states with over 1500 associates, we serve top-tier food service organizations, Fortune 500 retail grocery chains, and various supply chain organizations.

This position requires 2 to 3 years of direct leadership experience and excellent communication skills, as interaction with clients and external customers is a high priority. The Warehouse Manager will lead by example and has growth potential within the district and region.

Warehouse Manager at US Foods Distribution Center

Compensation/Benefits

Requirements

• Team building skills following SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Time management skills
• Ability to remember multiple customer details
• Experience training associates on equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts, with OSHA knowledge
• Ability to recruit and train new hires
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Electric pallet jack and forklift experience is REQUIRED
• Experience managing teams
