Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a recruitment support specialist responsible for coordinating applications and employment paperwork, processing new hires, and ensuring file integrity. You will assist recruiters, update job postings, and provide department-wide recruitment support during standard hours, with some overtime possible.

Minimum three years in HR and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are required, with preferred experience in ATS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum: Bachelor's in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in a human resources environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assists recruiters with various parts of the application process.
• Completes the new hire process for all candidate applications.
• Completes and updates job postings on external media (e.g., job websites or print).
• Provides recruitment support for the department.
• Completes assigned goals.
