I’m looking for a self-motivated, emotionally intelligent sales partner to help me grow a purpose-driven business by getting the right people onto discovery calls.

This is a commission-only, remote-friendly role—ideal for someone with experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or client acquisition who thrives on results, autonomy, and working with conscious entrepreneurs.

About Me & the Business

I support driven professionals—especially those navigating sabbaticals, burnout recovery, or major life transitions—in creating a meaningful life they don’t need a vacation from.

This is not a high-pressure, hustle-based brand. My work is reflective, strategic, and deeply human.

You don’t need to sell coaching—you just need to spark genuine conversations and invite aligned people to book a call with me.

Your Role
  • Reach out to potential clients (e.g., via LinkedIn, email, or communities)
  • Start warm, personalized conversations (no spamming!)
  • Qualify leads based on a clear profile I’ll share with you
  • Invite them to book a call with me (you don’t need to sell the program)
  • Track responses and report what’s working (or not)
Compensation
  • Commission only: 15% per client who signs up (i.e. $750 for offer at $5,000)
  • You get paid when the client does—no upfront costs for me, higher revenue for you if you deliver
  • Potential for ongoing partnership and increased commissions over time
