Welding Job Details

Starting at $22.91/hr with a $1.00 shift premium, increasing every 90 days in the first year.

Responsibilities
  • Work safely and follow all EHS rules.
  • Fit, weld, and detail equipment assemblies from sheet and structural steel.
  • Set up and operate various welders.
  • Read blueprints and follow instructions.
  • Use mechanical skills, tools, and work instructions to complete tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks and complete paperwork.
  • Handle materials and transport products.
  • Follow DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies.
  • Use all required Personal Protective Equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Successful completion of weld certifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Fit and tack weld assemblies.
  • Operate industrial forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication with team members.
  • Adaptability to change and additional tasks.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
