Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC seeks compassionate caregivers to deliver non-medical home care for seniors and disabled clients in North County. You will offer companionship, personal care, and daily living support, helping clients stay independent at home with dignity.

The role welcomes both experienced and entry-level caregivers. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules, driving requirements, and certifications are noted. 24/7 office support is available.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Helping clients stay mobile and active through light exercise and outings.
• Offering transportation to appointments and community events, ensuring your clients stay connected.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.

• Cell phone with internet access for communication and scheduling.
• Ability to drive clients in your own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure great service.
• Certifications like CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED are preferred but not mandatory.

Cheer Offers:

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
