Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in North County, California. You will deliver non-medical home care, companionship, and practical help with daily activities to improve quality of life.

Role includes transportation assistance, light exercise, meal prep, and safety-focused caregiving. Certifications are preferred but not mandatory; mileage reimbursement and 24/7 office support are provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with providing non-medical home care and companionship to seniors and disabled individuals.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and follow care plans.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive clients in own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship and engage clients in conversations.
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Help clients stay mobile with light exercise and mobility aids.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community events.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.

• Cell phone with internet access for communication and scheduling.
• Ability to drive clients in your own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure great service.
• Certifications like CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED are preferred but not mandatory.

Cheer Offers:

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
