The ideal candidate is calm, engaging, and highly experienced with toddlers, while also feeling confident supporting the older children, encouraging independence, and setting loving, consistent boundaries. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed in a busy household are essential. The family hopes to find someone who is flexible to travel, occasionally stay overnight or work evening hours when needed, and is looking for a long‑term opportunity to become a valued part of their children's lives. Comfort around dogs is also important, as the family has a friendly dog.
