Your days will be thoughtfully structured, with mornings focused primarily on the younger child while the 2.5-year-old attends nursery school from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This position is ideal for a professional career nanny who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating a structured, engaging day for energetic toddlers. The ideal candidate is proactive, thoughtful, and intentional in how the day is structured, and brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to their work. Because both children are very energetic, this position requires someone who can happily match their pace while still providing guidance, structure, and meaningful connection. Quality time, purposeful play, and fostering curiosity and development in the early years are also important.
