In this role, you will:

  • Leverage your extensive developer experience to excel in Salesforce APEX, Flows, Omniscript and API integrations
  • Handle configuration of Middleware/Integration layer products such as Mulesoft, Make.com or Workato
  • Setup Salesforce products such as Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data deployment.
  • Be in charge of installation & configuration of AppExchange products
  • Take part in technical sessions creating remarkable designs, develop and deploy the final solution and create test plans for the customer to execute.
  • Share your expertise and mentor peers, helping them enhance their skills.

To excel in this role, you need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM development
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications
  • Great written and verbal English communication
  • Excellence in system development, designing scalable solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proficiency in scoping requirements, defining, and documenting projects and systems.

Brownie points for:

  • Insurance industry experience
  • Certification in either Mulesoft, FSC or SFI (Salesforce for Insurance “Vlocity”) products (alternatively hands on experience in either product can also be considered)

Working hours: 7am - 12pm ET core working hours, and the other are flexible
