Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software.
• Follow Code of Conduct and policies.
• Inform supervisor of workload and site issues.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Apply HIPAA regulations to protect privacy.
• Manage patient health records.
• Prepare new patient charts from documents.
• Respond to internal and external requests for records.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist with patient walk-ins.
• Support with administrative tasks like filing.
• Meet productivity expectations.
