Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process STAT ROI requests maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Serve as ROI support contact for internal and external end users.
  • Monitor ROI queue and complete assignments.
  • Verify authorization and patient identity for information releases.
  • Retrieve records from EMR for valid requests.
  • Ensure releases comply with state/federal laws.
  • Log requests and releases in ROI system.
  • Flag patient directives in EHR and scan documents.
