ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Albany, NY is seeking a skilled .NET Core Web Application Developer (C#, ASP.NET Web API, MVC) to join our hybrid team. You will design, develop, and maintain multi-tier web applications with Oracle PL/SQL integration and HIPAA-compliant data handling.

The role requires hands-on experience with Visual Studio, .NET Core, MVC, report generation with Crystal Reports, and source control with TFS.

Qualifications

Proven experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop, enhance, and maintain n-tier web applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET , and Web API.
Strong hands-on expertise with the .NET Core framework, including application design, development, and deployment.
Extensive experience with Oracle databases, including database design, PL/SQL development, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and table creation.
Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into effective application logic and technical solutions.
Experience developing applications using MVC 5 or later versions of the MVC framework.
Proven experience designing and developing reports using Crystal Reports version 10 or higher, and integrating report execution within .NET applications.
Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later for source control, version management, and collaborative development activities.
Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting applications that manage healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including Protected Health Information (PHI).
