Job summary

Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Hindi language teacher for a Dallas client. The project involves two adults, face-to-face lessons at their home in Dallas (75205 or 75206), and a 39-hour course starting ASAP.

Classes may be held on weekend mornings or weekday evenings, with sessions weekly or every other week. Ideal candidates are native Hindi speakers or hold a teaching degree, with prior teaching, translation, or interpretation experience, and a valid working visa.

• Live within 20 miles of client location (Dallas).

Responsibilities

• Schedule a 39-hour course with sessions weekly or every other week, weekend mornings or weekday evenings.
• Travel to the client’s home as needed; negotiate hourly rate.
• Freelance part-time position; visa sponsorship is not available.

Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. • One of our clients in Dallas would like to have two-to-one conversational Danish tuition.
• The students (2 adults) would like to organize face-to-face lessons at one of their homes in Dallas, 75205 or 75206.
• They would like to schedule a 39-hour course.
• Classes should be held once per week or every other week, on weekend mornings or Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings, and they wish to start asap.
• Information about these students:
• Student's age: adults
• Current language level: beginner
• Motivation: they would like to learn Hindi to watch movies and listen to songs.

An ideal teacher:

• Be a native Hindi speaker or hold a teaching degree
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
• Have a valid working visa
• Live up to 20 miles from the client’s location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
