Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Health Information Management Tech for a full-time day shift. The role focuses on auditing and improving EHR documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across records.

You will review metadata and privacy controls, select audit samples, and monitor MPI duplicate reports to support accurate, compliant record management processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and experience in Medical Office, Medical Records or other applicable health care experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Record concepts including record completion requirements,chart tracking, and release of information procedures.
• Knowledge of data analysis concepts.
• Experience with Computer skills to include Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
