This is an onsite position at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville.

As ourHIM Specialist, you will help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completion of the facility’s health records to support treatment, continuity of care, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and legal needs. Every day you willanalyze health records for completeness and accuracy, monitor deficiencies and delinquency processes, and support document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality review of paper records. To thrive in this role you mustbe detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet productivity and quality standards, and comfortable working with health information processes and documentation systems.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.50 - $20.66 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
