Job summary

Howard Memorial Hospital in Nashville, Arkansas is seeking a Release of Information Clerk for a full-time role, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, within the Health Information Management (HIM) department. This position supports patient privacy requests and medical records workflow.

You will handle release of information functions, answer calls for records requests, and collaborate with HIM and other departments to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
• One year of hospital experience required.
