VNA Care is seeking a HIM Coordinator - Health Information Coord for per-diem, weekdays in a hybrid setting. The role ensures timely MD orders processing and compliant medical records handling while supporting clinical operations across locations.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of office experience, familiarity with secure document transmission, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency with Excel, Word, Email, and Outlook are preferred.

Position Summary: Obtains MD orders and ensures requirements are met and documents are available for all patients in compliance with regulatory and Agency requirements. Supports the clinical operations in each location through knowledge of the medical records process and MD orders process. Works with manager to achieve and ensure integrity and security of patient’s information and medical records for all patients.
Compensation $21.00 per hour.
