Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn El Paso University - Housekeeping Supervisor at Aimbridge Hospitality is a full-time role. You’ll lead a team of room attendants, supervise daily operations, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away to keep standards high.

You’ll drive cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, coordinate trainings, manage inspections and reporting, and foster a positive, organized team culture on a busy hotel floor in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel operations and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you're the behind-the-scenes hero making sure every guest’s stay is spotless and unforgettable. You’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision -inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
