A line-Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all food items based on standardized recipes for the Corporate HQ outlet, Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms, and the Executive Lounge. The role involves maintaining high standards to produce appealing and appetizing dishes, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen, and minimizing waste to optimize cost and production efficiency.
