The Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa is seeking Front Desk Associates to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and check them into their rooms
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist guests with any needs or requests they may have during their stay
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in Hilton ONQ system will be an added bonus.
