Skill blocks may include skills in Assembly, Machine Operation or Material Handling.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Individuals with Material Handling skills receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with the proper part tracking.* Operate equipment (standup/ sit-down/ swing reach forklift, aerial lift) in a safe and timely manner.* Must maintain a valid forklift license and follow MIOSHA standards as a professional Material Handler* The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.* Required to learn additional functions through cross-training in other departments.* Ability to communicate effectively* Regular and predictable attendance based on scheduled hours.* Rotates through the department work stations based on business need.* Works overtime as needed.* Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.**QUALIFICATION***To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
