Hills and Pine Ridge Presbyterian Churches in Pilot Mountain, NC, are seeking a full-time pastor to serve both congregations. The position offers a unique arrangement of shared ministry and responsibilities across two historic churches.

Pastor (Full-Time)/ Hills and Pine Ridge Presbyterian Churches/Pilot Mountain, NC:

Two sister churches have done the math: 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 full-time pastor. We are seeking a full-time pastor (installed or CRE uninstalled) who will split their time between each church. We are geographically and spiritually close to each other, have shared missions and projects, yet are independent with separate Sessions, budgets, and missions and projects. In addition to the Pastor Job Description, we have also prepared a joint Mission Discernment Profile, both of which are attached.
