Job summary

ARi is a fast-growing engineering firm in East Peoria, IL seeking an embedded software test engineer. You will design and execute HIL test plans for machine and engine features, develop Matlab/Simulink models for dSPACE loading, and validate software on HIL benches while producing thorough test reports.

You will work with customers, engineering teams, and suppliers to resolve issues, analyze datalinks, and ensure quality across embedded control software.

Qualifications

3-5 years of overall experience in the relevant technology.
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

Understand system requirements and develop test plans.
Develop test plans for Machine/Engine features.
Develop Matlab/Simulink models for applications to load in dSPACE.
Validate software on dSPACE HIL bench.
Develop test reports for tests executed.
Analyze datalink files to resolve issues.
Collaborate with customers on product support tasks.
Participate in review meetings to go over test results.
