The HIL - Sales Route Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers across assigned routes within the area. This position is designed to provide flexible coverage, stepping in to manage sales routes as needed to maintain consistent service levels. The primary goal is to uphold customer satisfaction by delivering products accurately, handling transactions professionally, and representing the company with integrity. The role requires adaptability to various routes and schedules, ensuring seamless operations during peak times or when regular drivers are unavailable. Ultimately, this position supports the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the distribution network.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate driver’s license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in driving and delivering products safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
