  • Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are available when needed.
  • Oversee work quality and ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and address issues promptly.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain open communication with managers, supervisors, and team members.
  • Report project progress, issues, and changes to department heads.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues and obstacles in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Identify training needs and recommend relevant programs.

The Foreman is an hourly position and reports to assigned shift shipping supervisor. A Foreman is a skilled lead responsible for overseeing manufacturing, or other work projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring safety, and facilitating efficient project execution.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions or physically demanding environments.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
  • May be required to lift, carry, and lower items 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground and back continually for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to work in very hot (more than 100 degrees) and very cold (less than 20 degrees below zero) and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods. Exposed to noise/vibration, and chemicals.
  • Required to Stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push and pull, and reach above and below the shoulder.
  • Repetition-Hand/Wrist Simple Grasping, Firm grasping.
