Bentley Truck Services - Maple Shade in Maple Shade Township, NJ is seeking a Truck Driver/Hiker for a flexible full- or part-time schedule. You will enjoy home daily and no overnight travel, with a pay range of $18.00–$19.00 per hour and benefits for full-time staff.

You will safely transport trucks to client sites, perform DOT-compliant inspections, and maintain accurate logs. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license required; Class A preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment and random drug tests.
• Ability to safely enter/exit commercial vehicles and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport trucks between company and customer locations.
• Complete pre-trip safety inspections to meet DOT and company standards.
• Operate vehicles safely and professionally.
• Record mileage and fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Wash and fuel trucks as needed and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment and follow safety policies.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport trucks between company and customer locations.
• Complete pre-trip safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet DOT and company safety standards.
• Operate all vehicles safely and professionally.

• Protect customer property that may be left inside vehicles.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies, including no texting or handheld phone use while driving.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment in and around company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CDL B driving experience.
