Qualifications

• Experience in HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates.
• Ability to lift light weights, bend, squat, jump, run, reach, walk, hop, spin, and kick.

Responsibilities

• Lead members in group exercises enhancing overall fitness and safety.
• Educate members on various aspects of fitness.
