Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead HIIT, Zumba, Kickboxing and other formats in a high-energy club setting in Florida. You will guide members through safe, structured workouts, motivate participation, and model the brand’s No Judgments ethos.

We offer in-house trainings and certifications, flexible schedules across morning, evening and weekend slots, and benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic team players.
• Willingness to learn multiple formats.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes in a pre-arranged format to enhance fitness, strength and endurance.
• Educate members on various aspects of fitness and safety.
