Job summary

Top Gun Staffing Inc is seeking a Project Manager for heavy highway and DOT projects in the Atlanta metro area. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, handling large, design/build efforts valued at $100M+ across the Southeast.

The role requires experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer on heavy infrastructure with DOT programs, plus strong leadership and scheduling/cost control skills. Procore, P6, and Bluebeam familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer on heavy highway or DOT projects.
• Strong design/build delivery background on complex infrastructure work.
• DOT experience with GDOT, SCDOT, NCDOT, VDOT, TxDOT, TDOT, or FDOT (Northern Florida).
• Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience with P6, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Utilize project controls and documentation tools such as P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Project Manager – Heavy Highway/Bridge ($100M+ Projects) (Atlanta Metro) Lead heavy highway and DOT projects from preconstruction through final delivery and closeout. Manage large, complex design/build projects valued at $100M+ for a well-established heavy highway contractor operating across the Southeast.
