Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a skilled highway/roadway design engineer to lead projects from concept through construction. You will apply geometric, drainage, and traffic control design to deliver safe, compliant transportation solutions.

You will prepare technical documents and cost estimates, coordinate with agencies and multidisciplinary teams, support permitting, and review contractor submittals during construction to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
