Position summary: We are seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians for the Dallas - Fort Worth, TX area, based in Joshua, TX. The role involves performing tasks related to snow and ice removal, guardrail and attenuator repair/replacement, signage, electrical work, mowing, tree trimming, incident response, drainage cleaning, debris removal, and asphalt/concrete repairs. Flexibility in schedule is essential, with 10-20% night work expected.

Required Experience:

• Safely perform electrical work
• Work at varied heights
• Use shovels, weed trimming machinery, brooms, and small hand tools
• Operate air compressors
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Construction or roadway maintenance experience
• Guardrail and sign installation experience
• Concrete forming and repair experience
• Traffic control certifications (MOT)
• Operate equipment such as wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, asphalt rollers

Preferred Experience: Electrical and roadway maintenance, bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required). A clean driving record and passing a criminal background check are mandatory.
