Position Summary

We are seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians in the Austin, Texas area, based in Hutto, TX. Responsibilities include highway maintenance, debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, concrete repair, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Roadway maintenance experience
• Concrete forming/repair experience
• Operation of Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc.
• Valid active Driver's license

Preferred Experience

• Additional roadway maintenance experience
• MOT Certifications (traffic control)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• Knowledge of local driving rules
• Ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate hand/power tools
• Adaptability to technology and changing schedules

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9PM - 7AM, with some day/weekend work and flexibility during weather events.
