Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform maintenance operations in the Austin, Texas area, based in Hutto. Responsibilities include debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, concrete repair and compliance with all regulations and company policies.

The role requires 2+ years of roadway maintenance experience, operating heavy equipment, and a valid driver's license, with some night/weekend work and safety awareness a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Roadway maintenance experience.
• Concrete forming/repair experience.
• Operates Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc.
• Must have valid active Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance operations in the Austin, Texas area, based in Hutto, including debris removal and sign/guardrail repair.
• Conduct concrete repair and other routine maintenance tasks while adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Work flexible hours with some night/weekend work as needed and follow safety procedures.
